We work hard to insure that our customers get a fresh quality product.  To insure freshness, all of our fresh meat is cut and vacuum packed in our processing facility.  All smoked products are seasoned and processed on sight and smoked in our own smokehouse with seasoned oak wood.  All of our products are vacuum packed to insure freshness and for easy storing in your freezer.
